PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Pad Printing Steel Plate is used for pad printer,thin steel plate for Open-ink tray pad printer,the thickness is 10mm-10.5mm, Thick steel plate for closed ink cup pad printer,the thickness is 0.3mm-0.5mm.
Design and drawing document etched on the surface of pad plate . Installed it to the pad printer.
Production Advantage:
High strength Bearing steel wrought; High wear resistance; Sophisticated structure to be etched fine imaging both streak and halftone; long life ensure low cost.
Use Method:
Etching printing document to the surface of pad plate;
Measure the depth :Install into the ink tray of pad printer
Testing after adding ink
Safe Caution:Be careful to carry because of weight
Storage︰Inject rust-preventative oil into the surface of pad plate;
PVC or Nylon film package;
Store in drying and shady place
